Tingle Yard & Home Care provides light outdoor maintenance services for residential properties in the Southwest Virginia area. By using our services or contacting us through this website, you agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.

Scope of Services

We offer routine, non-hazardous outdoor tasks, including:

  • Leaf cleanup

  • Light debris pickup

  • Pet waste removal

  • Basic porch/sidewalk sweeping

We do not provide contractor services, landscaping design, structural repairs, tree cutting, hazardous waste removal, or any work requiring a state contractor license.

We reserve the right to decline any service request that falls outside our scope or presents a safety risk.

Client Responsibilities

To keep both the client and our staff safe, we ask that you agree to the following:

  • Please secure pets before service begins

  • Please remove or disclose hazards such as broken glass, loose boards, sharp metal, or aggressive animals

  • Please ensure we have safe access to the areas needing cleanup

Hidden hazards may result in additional charges or declined service.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Tingle Yard & Home Care is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing yard damage

  • Property issues that existed before our arrival

  • Items hidden under leaves or debris

  • Personal property left outdoors that may be affected during normal yard cleanup

Before starting each service, we may take photos of the area to document prior conditions.

Weather & Safety

Services may be rescheduled at our discretion due to:

  • Heavy rain

  • Snow or ice

  • High winds

  • Unsafe ground conditions

Safety is prioritized over scheduling.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide excellent service, we do not guarantee outcomes impacted by:

  • Weather

  • Yard layout

  • Soil or drainage issues

  • Neighboring property conditions

We aim for high-quality work, but results naturally vary by property.

Payments & Deposits

Certain large cleanup projects may require a small deposit to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed, unless we initiate a cancellation due to safety or weather.

Liability Limits

Tingle Yard & Home Care is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of property left outdoors

  • Damage resulting from hidden hazards

  • Injuries caused by unsafe conditions on the client’s property

By booking a service, you acknowledge responsibility for ensuring a reasonably safe environment.
